中国经济网北京9月22日讯 海象新材(003011.SZ)今日股价截至收盘报20.50元，跌幅3.76%。目前该股处于破发状态。 海象新材于2020年9月30日在深交所上市，发行价格为38.67元/股。2021年5月28日，海象新材向全体股东每10股转增4股，每10股派3.00元人民币现金。 海象新材上市公开发行股票1834万股，保荐机构为申万宏源证券承销保荐有限责任公司，保荐代表人为尹永君、奚一宇。 海象新材上市募集资金总额为7.09亿元，扣除发行费用后，募集资金净额为6.14亿元，其中，4.75亿元用于年产2000万平方米PVC地板生产基地建设项目，5988.72万元用于研发中心建设项目，8000万元用于补充流动资金项目。
