0741 GMT - Airports of Thailand's recent stock-price rally looks hope-driven, CGS International's Thanapol Jiratanakij says in a research report. The stock market appears to be pricing in overly optimistic scenarios for the airport operator's expected hike in its passenger service charge that are unlikely to materialize, the analyst says. These scenarios include a PSC hike of over THB200 per international passenger, compared with the brokerage's estimate for a PSC hike of THB120 per international passenger. AOT will only be able to raise this charge by enough to offset additional expenses from its capacity expansion, the analyst says. The share price is likely to correct once the PSC increase materializes. The brokerage reiterates its reduce rating and target price of THB25.00 on the shares. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
