路透上海9月22日 - 中国股市沪综指周一略收涨，关注三大金融监管部门的记者会。
沪综指.SSEC收升0.2%，至3,828.58点，沪深300指数.CSI300收涨0.5%。深圳创业板指数.CNT收升0.5%，上证科创板50成分指数.STAR50收涨3.4%。
民生证券在报告中表示，市场关注的中美元首互访问题虽然被推迟，但两个多小时的通话比6月更长、触及的实质性问题也更多，而背后透露的最核心的基调是，至少到明年初之前中美关系还将处于“缓和”+“谈判”的稳定框架内。而在这框架内，市场依旧能够沿着现有的经济和政策逻辑继续走下去，双方的摩擦可能难以避免、但也会是可控的。
今日下午3时举行的国新办新闻发布会由中国央行行长潘功胜、金融监管总局局长李云泽、证监会主席吴清，以及国家外汇管理局局长朱鹤新介绍“十四五”时期金融业发展成就，并答记者问。
半导体板块领涨，中华交易服务半导体芯片行业指数.CSI990001收升4.2%，中芯国际A股688981.SS收高6.2%。（完）
