VSee Health (VSEE) said Wednesday that it was notified by Nasdaq that its request for continued listing was granted, based on the condition that the company files its Q1 and Q2 reports ended March 31 and June 30 by Oct. 15.
The company continues to work with its auditor to complete and file the report within the time period prescribed by Nasdaq, VSee Health said.
Shares of the company were up nearly 2% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
