消息面上，据报道，9月20日上午，新疆有色集团华瓯矿业卡尔恰尔萤石矿120万吨/年采选项目投产仪式在若羌县举行。今年2月，新疆新鑫矿业公告，新疆有色、公司及目标公司订立股权转让协议，按照股权转让协议的条款及条件，新疆有色有条件同意转让，而公司有条件同意收购目标权益(即目标公司新疆华瓯矿业51%股权)，代价约为人民币10.98亿元。于完成事项后，目标公司将成为公司的非全资附属公司，其财务资料将合并纳入公司的财务报表。
