UK's health regulator confirms safety of paracetamol during pregnancy

Sept 22 (Reuters) - Britain's health regulator said on Monday it is safe use the pain relief treatment paracetamol and that there is no evidence of it causing autism in children.

The U.S. government will announce its findings on autism later in the day, after the Wall Street Journal reported earlier this month the administration was planning to link the use of Kenvue's KVUE.N pain medication Tylenol by pregnant women to autism.
