Peel Mining (ASX:PEX) appointed Ronnie Beevor as non-executive chairman, succeeding Mark Okeby, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Additionally, Nick Woolrych was appointed as managing director and chief executive officer, with Warwick Amos joining as chief financial officer, the filing said.
