Orient Tradelink (BOM:531512) board has approved the conversion of warrants into 890,000 equity shares at an issue price of 16 rupees apiece, including a premium of 6 rupees per share.
The shares were issued to Lata Rajesh Thakker, belonging to non-promoter group, the filing said.
