智通财经APP获悉，智能充电基础设施提供商九紫新能(JZXN.US)宣布任命Doug Buerger为首席运营官(COO)，任命立即生效。消息公布后，该公司股价周二美股盘初大幅攀升。
该公司表示，这位新任COO将负责主导公司的数字货币财库战略。据了解，Buerger在区块链、人工智能及数字货币生态系统领域拥有超过30年的领导经验。
九紫新能称，围绕该职位的核心工作重点包括三方面：一是将比特币、以太坊及其他主流加密货币纳入公司资产负债表;二是建立具备风险控制与收益优化功能的财库管理框架;三是探索参与去中心化金融(DeFi)协议及加密货币质押相关机会。
