金吾财讯 | 光伏太阳能股午后走高，信义光能(00968)涨4.6%，信义玻璃(00868)涨4.43%，顺风清洁能源(01165)涨4.35%，福莱特玻璃(06865)在4.26%，协鑫科技(03800)涨3.97%，新特能源(01799)涨2.76%。国家能源局局长王宏志在学习时报发表文章《以更大力度推动我国新能源高质量发展》，其中指出，以高效发展为驱动，稳固增强高质量发展内生动力。以技术创新持续驱动降本增效，有序推动老旧电站改造升级，提升运营效率。主动增强新能源可靠出力水平和系统适配性，提升新能源电站参与电力市场竞争的能力。此外，加快破解产业链上下游阶段性供需失衡矛盾，专项整治光伏产业“内卷式”竞争，推动光伏等产业提质升级，促进新能源发电及相关产业有序竞争和良性健康发展。另外，此前9月19日，广东省发展改革委、广东省能源局联合发布了关于印发《关于深化新能源上网电价市场化改革促进新能源高质量发展的实施方案》的通知，其中提到，推动新能源上网电量全面参与市场交易。
