MCC Meili Cloud Computing Industry Investment (SHE:000815) said its production and operations remain normal and are unaffected by developments involving significant shareholder MCC Paper.
The Zhongwei court has formally accepted a bankruptcy liquidation application against MCC Paper Group, according to a filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Shares of the cloud computing company closed 1% higher Monday.
