智通财经APP获悉，国富氢能(02582)盘中涨近8%，截至发稿，涨5.84%，报61.65港元，成交额1.09亿港元。
消息面上，9月15日，国富氢能与韩国Hylium正式签署合作协议，双方就韩国市场氢能产储输系统及解决方案开发达成共识，标志着国富氢能在东亚氢能市场布局迈出关键一步，为深耕韩国及周边业务搭建核心框架。据悉，Hylium深耕韩国市场多年，对产业政策与需求洞察精准，低温储存、氢液化及氢交通配套技术实力成熟。
此外，国富氢能于9月17日宣布签订配售协议，以每股50.13港元配售199.48万股，所得款项净额约9849万港元。其中72%将用于营运资金，20%偿还信贷融资，8%投向海内外氢能项目。值得注意的是，9月8日，公司刚以每股54.03港元完成配售募资9099万港元，拟用于为中国及海外氢能项目的投资与合作拨付资金。
