Global Lithium Resources Sells AU$7.1 Million Stake in Kairoz Minerals

Global Lithium Resources (ASX:GL1) said it sold 264 million shares of Kairos Minerals (ASX:KAI) held by its unit GLR Australia Investments for AU$7.1 million, before costs, completely disposing of its stake in the company, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The company added that the share sale raised its cash position to AU$21.8 million, and proceeds from the sale will be focused on its Manna lithium project.
