　　9月19日，根据深交所发布的公告，*ST金科（000656）收到了监管函。该监管函指出，*ST金科于2025年7月15日披露的《2025年半年度业绩预告》显示，预计2025年上半年归属于上市公司股东的净利润为亏损30亿元至45亿元。然而，在2025年8月30日，该公司修正了业绩预告，预计净利润为亏损75.23亿元，并在同日披露的《2025年半年度报告》中确认了这一亏损。

　　深圳证券交易所指出，*ST金科的业绩预告相关信息披露不准确，违反了《股票上市规则（2025年修订）》的多项规定。监管函中强调，希望公司及全体董事、高级管理人员吸取教训，严格遵守相关法律法规和信息披露义务，防止类似事件再次发生。

　　2025年中期，*ST金科实现收入23.63亿元，归母净利润-75.23亿元。
