智通财经APP讯，百果园集团(02411)发布公告，于2025年9月19日，本公司与配售代理订立配售协议，本公司已同意发行，而配售代理已同意作为本公司的代理，按竭尽所能基准促使承配人以配售价每股H股1.17港元认购合共2.795亿股配售股份，惟须受配售协议所载条款及条件所规限。
紧随完成后，合共2.795亿股配售股份占经扩大H股总数约16.1%，及经扩大股份总数约15.4%。配售价每股H股1.17港元较于2025年9月19日联交所所报每股H股收市价折让约19.31%。
假设配售代理根据配售事项发行并悉数配售合共2.795亿股配售股份，配售事项所得款项总额估计约为3.27亿港元，而配售事项的所得款项净额估计约为3.25亿港元。本公司拟将所得款项净额用作以下用途：约61.5%将用于支付一般业务过程中的贸易应付款项;约30.8%将用于偿还本公司银行贷款;及约7.7%将用作本集团的一般营运资金及行政开支。
