ChainCatcher 消息，吉林省高级人民法院公众号披露吉林省龙井市人民法院近期审理一起犯掩饰、隐瞒犯罪所得罪案件，四名被告人为上游电信网络诈骗人员购买黄金、变卖套现，通过非法虚拟货币平台转移虚拟货币，帮助其洗白赃款。据悉被告人交易数额达人民币 78.9 万余元，其中已查证的涉诈资金为人民币 45.2 万余元，最终法院判决被告人有期徒刑二年至一年不等，并处罚金 1 万元至 2 万元不等。
