近日有消息报道，中国自主研发的EUV光刻机采用激光诱导放电等离子体（LDP）技术，预计2025年第三季度进入试生产阶段，2026年实现量产。此外，中国光刻机“希望之星“新凯来近日登场。据报道，新凯来目前订单已经超过了百亿，客户包括了中芯国际、华虹集团、长江存储等晶圆厂。中信证券指出，长期看，半导体设备国产化方向明确。
值得注意的是，ASMPT中期业绩显示，在人工智能浪潮推动下，先进封装业务需求持续强劲增长，占集团总营收比例提升至约39%，折合3.26亿美元，主要得益于TCB设备需求持续增长。2025H1ASMPT的TCB设备在存储及逻辑领域均获得重复订单，TCB设备订单量同比增长50%，全球TCB设备装机量突破500台。
