0523 GMT - Lippo Karawaci looks like a turnaround story, with deleveraging completed and major legacy burdens on track for resolution, Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia analysts say in a research report. The Indonesian property developer has shifted its focus back to its core property business after successful deleveraging, the analyst says. The company's 2025 pre-sales should grow 2% to IDR6.15 trillion and should sustain at this elevated level into 2026-2027, driven by affordable housing projects and new premium housing clusters across townships. The brokerage forecasts the company's core earnings to grow at a 133% CAGR over 2025-2027. It initiates coverage of the stock with a buy rating and a target price of IDR160.00. Shares are 4.2% higher at IDR100.00. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
