消息面上，据喜相逢集团官微消息，9月19日，阿里巴巴菜鸟集团与喜相逢集团正式签署战略合作协议。双方围绕城市配送数智化升级、消费者体验优化、资产持有与管理、融资租赁等多个维度展开深度协同，重点推进机器人(无人车)全链路降本增效与商业模式创新，推动数字化与智能化技术在城市物流、网约车等领域的持续应用，共同探索绿色物流和新质生产力发展路径，携手构建开放协同、智能高效的物流新生态。
招商证券此前指出，根据《中国城配行业发展报告》，2022年全国城配车辆1459万台，按照快递运营车辆5年左右的平均使用年限估算，无人城配车的年均替换空间大约为292万辆。假设到2030年无人车的渗透率达到9.5%，当年硬件+软件的市场空间将达到373.4亿元。该行认为无人化技术的推广是确切无疑的产业趋势，并非主题化的昙花一现。技术成熟、成本下探、政策加持已推动无人物流车、无人矿卡、无人叉车进入规模商用。
