智通财经APP获悉，亿华通(02402)早盘涨超25%，截至发稿，涨25.29%，报32.3港元，成交额2.76亿港元。
消息面上，企查查APP显示，近日，华丰燃料电池（吕梁）有限公司成立，法定代表人为森冈泰行，注册资本为1000万元，经营范围包含：电池制造；电池销售；电池零配件生产；电池零配件销售；汽车零配件批发；汽车零配件零售等。企查查股权穿透显示，该公司由华丰燃料电池有限公司全资持股，后者由丰田汽车公司、亿华通共同持股。
值得注意的是，亿华通近期发布公告称，终止发行股份购买旭阳氢能的100%股权并募集配套资金事项，终止交易的原因是由于交易相关方未能就最终方案达成一致意见。根据此前公告，旭阳集团拟以旭阳氢能的全部股权换取亿华通A股股份。同时，旭阳集团拟出资不超过5.5亿元认购亿华通A股股份，亦按上述价格对价。若此次交易完成，预计亿华通控股股东变更为旭阳集团。
