9月22日，天立国际控股（01773）发布公告，介绍了公司在教育行业的最新业务进展及市场环境。公告指出，中国K12教育行业面临严峻挑战，适龄就读人口下滑以及经济环境波动使民办教育行业竞争加剧。为应对市场变化，公司采取了一系列战略调整，致力于推动高质量发展和规模增长。
在业务发展方面，2024/2025学年，公司旗下的游学服务板块推出了多个历史主题游学项目，服务人次同比增长20%。艺术服务板块同样表现亮眼，服务人次约4.5千人。2025年高考中，公司有28名优秀学子被清华大学及北京大学录取，约90%的学生超过本科录取分数线，58%的学生超过一本大学录取分数线。
截至2025年秋季学期初，公司向63所学校提供约14.1万名学生的综合教育服务，较2024年秋期初增长8%。此外，公司在9月19日回购了341万股股份，占已发行股份总数约0.16%。同日，执行董事罗实在公开市场购买了300万股股份，持股比例增至43.16%。公司对未来发展充满信心，计划继续推进AI教育战略。
