消息面上，据澎湃新闻报道，继广东、浙江等地快递单票价格回升后，上海地区收件价格将迎来上调。9月21日，从多位快递公司内部人士处了解到，9月19日包括极兔快递在内的五家公司的上海公司均发布告客户书。内容均为：“为执行国家关于各行业‘反内卷式’竞争，杜绝低价扰乱市场秩序的不当行为，持续为客户提供稳定的服务，回归良性发展，经研究决定，自2025年9月22日零时起，对上海区域所有用户的快递收件价格进行上调，请广大用户及时与属地网点询价确认。”
浙商证券指出，截止到目前，根据该行测算已宣布涨价省市市占率占中国超80%。反内卷以来8月行业价格略有回升；根据8月披露的经营数据看，主要快递上市公司单票收入显著修复，9月单价回升趋势有望进一步扩大。快递行业即将迎来行业秋冬换季，旺季即将到来，派费或有望上调，涨价具备一定持续性，对快递价格形成支撑。该行认为中国市场快递反内卷提价带来的业绩弹性有望实现极兔中国市场下半年盈利超预期修复。
