消息面上，国泰海通指出，根据财联社，2025年8月23日，工信部副部长熊继军在2025中国算力大会中表示，截至2025年6月底，我国在用算力中心标准机架达1085万架，智能算力规模达788 EFLOPS。未来工信部将完善算力布局政策体系，优化算力基础设施布局，引导各地合理布局智能算力设施。该行认为以上举措将有效解决地方智算中心“能不能建”、“怎么建”等问题，有望加速地方智算中心建设。
近期，云工场发布公告，本集团与香农芯创订立合资协议，订约方同意成立合资公司，注册资本为人民币1.2亿元，以开拓智算服务市场。公告称，本公司认为智算业务与本集团现有业务相辅相成，并为本集团整体业务发展产生协同效应。本公司现有客户亦对计算资源及处理能力的需求呈稳定增长态势。此外，凭借长期积累的技术专长、在分并式运算领域的持续投入、成熟的供应链体系及自主研发的资源调度平台，本集团有能力提供智算服务。
