智通财经APP讯，中国卫生集团(00673)发布公告，供股项下提呈发售的供股股份总数为1.47亿股。于2025年9月17日(星期三)下午4时正(即最后接纳时限)，已接获合共10份有效接纳，涉及合共1.20亿股供股股份，约占所有供股股份的81.1%。因此，供股认购不足额为2780.36万股供股股份，约占所有供股股份的18.9%，并将根据补偿安排处理。
根据契诺契约及承诺，张先生及包销商分别认购39.22万股及4079.76万股供股股份。
配售代理将按尽力基准在不迟于2025年9月24日(星期三)下午4时正前促使收购方以不低于发行价的价格认购所有该等未获认购供股股份。根据包销协议的条款，补偿安排项下的任何未售出未获认购供股股份将由包销商承购。
