9月24日，中国儒意（00136）发布公告，宣布与认购方签订了认购补充协议二以及与配售代理签订的配售补充协议二。
根据协议，第二批认购股份（9.1亿股）将分为两批进行配发和发行，分别为4.55亿股认购股份。认购方已通知公司，指定主体现为Infini Global Master Fund。
此外，各方同意取消认购方需取得Infini Global Master Fund的有限合伙人书面同意的条件。认购事项将在条件达成或获豁免后，按照协议条款发出完成通知书，并计划在完成通知日期起五个营业日内完成，或于认购协议日期后30个营业日及三个月前的一个营业日完成，以较早者为准。所有其他条款和条件维持不变，继续有效。
