智通财经APP讯，维港育马(08377)发布公告，于2025年9月22日，本公司与配售代理订立配售协议，本公司已有条件同意透过配售代理按尽力基准以每股配售股份0.10港元的配售价向承配人(其本身及其实益拥有人须为独立第三方)配售最多8180万股配售股份。
每股配售股份0.10港元的配售价较于2025年9月22日在联交所所报收市价每股股份0.119港元折让约15.97%。配售股份占扩大后已发行股本约16.66%。
待完成后及假设所有配售股份将由配售代理成功配售，预期配售事项的所得款项总额最高为818万港元，而经扣除配售佣金及其他相关开支后的所得款项净额估计约为790万港元，即每股配售股份的净发行价约为0.097港元。本公司拟将配售事项筹集的所得款项净额的约730万港元用于偿还本集团现有借款、应付账款及其他应付款项;及约60万港元用作本集团的一般营运资金。
