消息面上，上交所、深交所发布公告称，因晋景新能（01783）实施股份分拆，根据有关规定，港股通标的证券名单发生调整并自2025年9月23日起生效，调入晋景新能（02945）。值得一提的是，近期香港施政报告指出政府正推动全港首间大型电动车电池回收设施。据悉，晋景新能旗下项目——香港首间动力电池处理设施于2024年6月正式动工，现基建工程已基本完成，预计于2026年投入运营。
