　　CMF季度论坛：“十五五”时期推动价格水平回到合理区间的政策路径于9月21日举行。中国人民大学经济研究所联席所长、教授、中国宏观经济论坛（CMF）联合创始人、联席主席，中诚信国际首席经济学家毛振华指出，当前退休金与在岗工资相比较高，这是个很大的问题。

　　“我们的退休金跟在岗（职工）工资相比的话，是不是太高了一点，这是很大的一个问题”，毛振华说，大家希望越高越好，但是钱还是要从目前的职工创造的财富上来，“干活的人（的工资）就要低很多”。

　　毛振华距离说，“我最近回了趟老家，农村里面这些小学教师在岗的人就能拿4000多块钱，但退休的人拿八九千块钱”。

　　在毛振华看来，退休制度要保证的人们的基本生活，而不是保证他们过很优雅的生活。“（优雅的生活）还是要靠个人储蓄、靠个人的财富安排”，他说，“如果都靠国家养老金，（退休群体）比干活的人享受更好的收入和生活，我觉得这件事情可能很难（持续）”。
