本报讯 （记者 周美玉） 近日，海淀区市场监督管理局依法查处某零售店铺销售涉嫌侵犯“泡泡玛特”注册商标专用权商品案件。

根据消费者举报，执法人员抵达涉事商户经营场所，在货架上发现多款标注“POP MART”“THE MONSTERS”标识的盲盒、毛绒挂件，这些商品的包装设计、品牌标识样式与泡泡玛特正品高度相似，且存在包装做工粗糙、无正规防伪标识等明显问题。经“泡泡玛特”相关商标权利人专业鉴定，确认该批商品均非该公司或该公司授权的企业生产，属于侵权商品。

经查，涉案商户系从网上非正规渠道购入该批侵权商品，并以低于正品的价格对外销售，非法经营额共计2322元。依据《中华人民共和国商标法》相关规定，海淀区市场监督管理局对涉事商户作出没收全部侵权商品、处以罚款的行政处罚，责令其立即停止侵权行为。查获的侵权商品依法集中销毁，并对上游生产供应单位线索予以追溯。
