Xinyuan Property Management Service (Cayman) Ltd. reported revenue of RMB450.0 million for the six months ended 30 June 2025, an increase of approximately 11.0% compared to RMB405.4 million in the same period of 2024. Revenue was primarily generated from four business lines: property management services, value-added services, pre-delivery and consulting services, and property engineering services. Property management services contributed RMB315.3 million, accounting for 70.1% of total revenue, up from RMB278.6 million or 68.7% in the previous year. Value-added services generated RMB102.7 million, representing 22.8% of total revenue, compared to RMB83.1 million or 20.5% in 2024. Within value-added services, revenue from third-party services was RMB14.1 million, space resources management contributed RMB53.2 million, and domestic living services accounted for RMB35.3 million. Revenue from pre-delivery and consulting services was RMB2.9 million, compared to RMB7.0 million in the prior year period. The company continues to manage a diversified portfolio, including both residential and non-residential properties such as offices, commercial complexes, industrial parks, business parks, schools, and public buildings. The management highlighted ongoing efforts to expand services across various property types.
