智通财经APP讯，恒和集团$(00513)$发布公告，于2025年9月23日，卖方恒和矿业控股有限公司(公司间接全资附属公司)与买方立方石控股有限公司订立买卖协议，据此，卖方有条件同意出售，而买方有条件同意收购待售股份(代表目标公司大盈有限公司全部已发行股份)以及待售贷款，代价为人民币3337万元，惟须遵守买卖协议的条款及条件并受其所限。
公告称，尽管出售事项较河南八方权益的评估市值存在重大折让，但对公司及其股东而言属最佳及最实际的结果。该决定乃基于集团管理层对红庄金矿的主要营运挑战、日后复产所需庞大资本支出、买方将承担或负担的巨额成本及责任、集团为推销该资产作出广泛努力的结果以及集团的策略优先事项而作出的评估。
