智通财经APP讯，香港兴业国际(00480)公布，于 2025 年 9 月 22 日，该公司间接全资拥有的附属公司Dreamy Investments Limited拟向华展投资有限公司出售沛逸有限公司所有已发行股本及销售贷款，总代价为1.8亿港元(可予调整，如有)。
据悉，目标公司为该物业的唯一合法及实益拥有人，该物业包括位于新界屯门海荣路 22 号的“屯门中央广场”8 层公众停车场连同缴费处办公室及地下编号 C1 的货柜停车位。该物业目前租予一家停车场经营商以收取租金。该物业将于完成时以现状方式交付予买方并受现有租约约束。
鉴于物业市场流动性压力及大宗交易低迷，董事认为，出售事项为集团提供宝贵机会，透过将长期持有的资产转换为现金以获取满意回报，从而增强集团的现金流。
