智通财经APP讯，福森药业(01652)发布公告，于2025年9月19日(联交所交易时段后)，买方河南淅胜产业发展有限责任公司与卖方河南福森药业有限公司(公司间接全资附属公司)订立该协议，据此，卖方有条件同意出售而买方有条件同意购买销售股本，即目标公司河南福森智慧节能科技有限公司的全部股权，总代价为人民币7300万元，惟须按及受限于该协议的条款。
