智通财经APP获悉，微盟集团(02013)早盘涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.53%，报2.77港元，成交额7218.94万港元。
消息面上，近日，微盟集团宣布，战略投资北美AI创新公司Genstore.ai。同时，微盟正式宣布成立“微盟出海”全新业务单元。微盟出海成为“Genstore.ai中国区”独家战略合作伙伴，双方将助力中国品牌出海。
值得注意的是，微盟集团近期公布，拟配售约6.88亿股予无极资本，配售事项所得款项净额约15.55亿港元。公告称，其中30%将用于探索AI在SaaS中的整合及应用、30%用于扩大媒体渠道及加强精准营销服务、10%用于海外业务发展、30%拨作补充营运资金及一般企业用途。据悉，无极资本是一家双总部设于阿布扎比与中国香港的投资机构，在AI领域已深度参与多家龙头企业的战略投资。完成配售后，无极资本将成公司最大单一股东，持股持股16%。
