XXF Group (HKG:2473) said it entered a preliminary agreement with Hangzhou Zhihui Manlv Technology regarding a potential partnership on autonomous delivery technology, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Tuesday.
Both sides plan to cooperate on urban distribution and logistics, including autonomous delivery and robovan city distribution, subject to definitive agreements.
Zhihui Manlv is a Chinese autonomous logistics company owned by Cainiao Group.
