MBX Biosciences (MBX) said late Monday it filed a registration statement for a public offering of 10 million common shares.
The company will grant underwriters a 30-day overallotment option to buy up to an additional 1.5 million common shares, according to a statement.
Shares fell 4.5% during after-hours trading.
