Odaily星球日报讯 美国特拉华联邦地区法院法官Colm Connolly裁决孙宇晨起诉彭博社一案，支持彭博社。此前，孙宇晨提交二次动议，寻求临时限制令等，禁止彭博社公布其特定加密货币持有数量。法官裁定孙宇晨未能证明彭博社同意不披露其资产详情，他须以清晰且有说服力的证据证明彭博社有过相关承诺。法庭文件显示，孙宇晨持有600亿枚TRX、1.7万枚BTC、22.4万枚ETH和7亿枚USDT。今年2月，彭博社为编制亿万富翁指数联系孙宇晨团队，文章发布后他先起诉又撤诉。谈判失败后，9月11日孙宇晨再次提交动议，要求彭博社删除相关内容。他声称记者承诺保密，但彭博社否认。法官还认为，孙宇晨未能证明公布信息会使其更易受侵害，且他本人披露的比特币信息更具体。(Cryptonews)
