Evercore表示，若美国政府停摆持续至10月3日，美国劳工统计局可能推迟发布9月非农就业报告。

　　“这符合劳工部受政府停摆影响时的既往做法，”Sarah Bianchi和Matthew Aks在周二发布的客户报告中写道；他们认为政府停摆概率为65%。

　　“政府停摆对经济增长的影响通常较小，因为经济活动在停摆结束后基本能恢复，若停摆发生在季度初几周，很可能在同一季度内完成恢复”。

　　“2025年的停摆很可能成为‘全面’政府停摆，因为没有通过拨款法案，其影响或接近2013年80万人的规模（即联邦雇员总数的30%）”。

　　报告指出，2013年劳工统计局曾暂停数据收集、分析及发布工作，仅保留三名员工维持运转。停摆结束后，该局发布了新的经济数据公布时间表，首份数据在停摆结束五天后发布。

　　2018-2019年部分政府停摆期间，劳工统计局未受影响，因该部门通过多年拨款获得资金支持，未出现资金中断的情况。
