其发布公众咨询文件征集反馈，虽提案未直接提及加密货币交易及交易所，但按目前形式，规则将影响允许客户国际转账或以非巴西雷亚尔法币出售加密货币的交易平台。新规拟将基本无监管的外汇行业纳入监管，强制外汇提供商申请许可，要求提交客户交易数据，用指定入口/出口进行存取款，单笔交易价值限 1 万美元内。巴西央行希望提高外汇平台透明度，当地媒体警告转账的加密货币交易所或受影响，境外运营的交易所也可能受限，咨询期持续至 11 月 2 日。
