晋景新能(1783.HK)涨超5%，最高触及7.9港元。消息面上，香港特区行政长官李家超近日发表新一份施政报告，提到政府正推动全港首间大型电动车电池回收设施，预计2026年上半年在环保园启用。本地退役电池将转化为再生黑粉供应内地和周边地区，促进电动车电池回收产业发展。
据悉，香港上市公司晋景新能旗下正是承接香港环保园电池回收项目的公司。该项目是香港首个大型电动汽车电池回收中心，填补了香港在规模化电池回收领域的空白，助力香港建立完整的电动汽车产业链闭环。另外，晋景新能将于2025年9月23日除权除息，将1股拆为2股。
