摩根大通首席执行官杰米·戴蒙表示，特朗普政府对H-1B签证收取10万美元新费用的决定让包括摩根大通在内的公司措手不及，难以很快判断潜在影响。

　　上周末，特朗普签署公告，规定新H-1B申请人需缴纳10万美元才能进入美国，这一举动在雇主和员工之间引发混乱和恐慌。由于新规缺乏明确性，包括微软、亚马逊和Alphabet在内的一些H-1B项目最大受益者最初警告员工不要进行国际旅行。

　　特朗普政府随后澄清，该费用仅对新申请者征收。

　　根据美国公民及移民服务局的数据，摩根大通是美国前十大提供签证担保的公司之一，目前有2，440名持有H-1B签证的员工。

　　戴蒙在接受采访时表示，预计H-1B签证新规将面临“一些反对”。“我认为所有国家都希望实现真正的边境管控。这有助于成就一个国家。但在此之后，我们应该有良好的移民制度。”
