· YZiLabs 并没有对外融资。· 根本没有演示（demo）。基金要演示？这是什么鬼？· YZiLabs 从未有过任何路演材料，甚至没有准备过。· 自品牌重塑以来，YZiLabs 没有寻求过任何外部投资者。没有请求，也没有讨论。· 没有任何演示，也没有与 YZiLabs 或我联系过的主席 Paul Atkins 的沟通。我对 Atkins 主席非常尊敬，仅仅是从我看到的公开信息来看。YZiLabs 独立运作。与 FT 所说相反，YZiLabs 并非从 Binance“剥离”出来的。我承认曾违反过一次 BSA（银行保密法），未能维持足够的反洗钱（AML）计划，但与 FT 所称的“洗钱”违规完全不同。
