智通财经APP注意到，氢燃料电池开发商Plug Power(PLUG.US)股价在周二盘前交易中上涨7%，延续了此前连续九个交易日的涨势。
该股周一收涨21.7%至2.65美元，若当前盘前涨幅得以维持，今日开盘有望报2.84美元。目前该公司空头头寸占比达30.23%。
在周一提交的备案文件中，这家氢燃料电池开发商提交了一份招股说明书补充文件，涉及可能重新出售部分或全部1.8543亿股普通股，这些股票可通过出售股东行使认股权证发行。
该权证根据2025年3月19日签订的承销协议发行，行权价为每股2.00美元，并将于2028年3月20日到期。
若出售股东全额行权，公司将通过其出售普通股获得3.7086亿美元的总收益。公司预计将把相关收益主要用于营运资金及一般企业用途。
Plug Power过去一个月累计涨幅近59%，近期涨势得益于市场对数据中心/人工智能领域兴趣升温——这些领域需要巨大电力支持且供电连续性至关重要。
分析师Henrix Alex指出，近期内部人士罕见增持及税收抵免政策的延长/恢复是推动近几个月股价上涨的原因。
