Venwind Refex Power, a subsidiary of Refex Industries (NSE:REFEX, BOM:532884), has secured a contract worth 4.74 billion Indian rupees from an undisclosed independent power producer, according to a Wednesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
The contract is for the supply of wind turbine generators (WTG) and tubular towers, along with technical and supervisory assistance for casting of WTG foundation, and erection of the WTGs.
The company's shares were up nearly 4% in recent trade.
