Masimo (MASI) said Tuesday it closed the sale of its Sound United consumer audio business to Samsung Electronics unit Harman International.
At the completion of the deal on Tuesday, Masimo received consideration of about $328 million in cash, subject to post-closing adjustments, according to a Tuesday regulatory filing.
