智通财经APP获悉，华尔街最高监管机构美国证券交易委员会(SEC)主席保罗·阿特金斯表示，他希望在今年年底前推出一项新的"创新豁免"机制，允许加密货币公司立即推出产品——这是美国证券交易委员会对数字资产采取更友好态度的最新例证。
保罗·阿特金斯周二还表示，该机构将在未来几个月内制定针对加密货币的新规则。今年7月，阿特金斯曾提出豁免设想，允许一些企业凭借新技术快速进入市场，而无需"遵守不兼容或繁重的规定性监管要求"。
自美国总统特朗普今年1月上任以来，SEC迅速转向对加密货币更友好的立场。该机构已撤销了多个在拜登时期主席加里·根斯勒任内提起的执法案件，并成立了一个加密货币工作组，以帮助"规划加密货币监管的新路径"。
"我们正努力为市场提供一个稳定的平台，让他们能够在此基础上推出产品，"阿特金斯在接受采访时表示。
与此同时，阿特金斯还表示他希望增加美国 IPO 的数量。他指出，目前上市公司数量比30年前减少了一半。
"我想让IPO再次伟大，"阿特金斯周二也在发言中呼应了"MAGA"(让美国再次伟大)运动的口号。
