Vuzix (VUZI) said Tuesday that it expanded a partnership with TCL China Star Optoelectronics Technology to develop integrated microLED and waveguide optics for next-generation smart glasses.
The partnership will combine Vuzix's transparent waveguides with TCL CSOT's microLED displays to deliver compact, bright, and affordable optical products, the company said.
Financial terms of the collaboration were not disclosed.
