智通财经APP获悉，9月19日，总部位于香港的餐饮企业Ga Sai Tong Enterprise Limited(GST.US)向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交招股书，拟在美国纳斯达克上市。该公司计划以每股5至7美元，发行130万股，融资不超过 800 万美元。按照提议区间的中间值计算，Ga Sai Tong的市值将达到 7800 万美元。
Ga Sai Tong，作为一家在香港已具规模的餐饮集团，提供多元化的菜式，包括日本烧鸟料理、法日融合料理以及正宗日本刺身/寿司料理。截至招股说明书日期，公司在香港尖沙咀的商业物业内经营三家餐厅，分别为Akai Honoo、Ankoma、Kuno。
这家总部位于香港的公司成立于 2018 年，截至 2025 年 6 月 30 日的 12 个月收入为 300 万美元。该公司计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为 GST 。Ga Sai Tong于2025年5月28日在SEC秘密递交招股书。Bancroft Capital是此次交易的唯一账簿管理人。
