金吾财讯 | 碧桂园(02007)早盘股价向好，截至发稿，报0.6港元，涨3.45%，成交额4884.2万港元。此前据报道引述消息指，碧桂园计划调整旗下H16碧园5、H19碧地3等九只公开市场债券的重组方案，涉及债券余额合共138.5828亿元人民币。报道指，碧桂园将调整重组方案的本息偿付安排，拟提供四种选项，包括将本金兑付期限延长至2035年9月2日，前四年分期兑付1%至4%，后期比例逐步提高；以债券面值12%进行回购的现金购回选项；以每股2.6元价格增发不超过14.6亿股普通股进行抵偿的股票抵债方案，以及将债券转换为年利率1%的一般债权的债权转换选项，兑付日延迟至2033年。同意重组方案的持有人可获0.1%同意费，同时豁免全部利息。增信保障措施将调整，解除部分担保并豁免因市场波动导致的违约责任。
