智通财经APP获悉，喜相逢集团(02473)一度涨超9%，截至发稿，涨6.9%，报12.37港元，成交额6535.08万港元。
消息面上，喜相逢集团发布公告，公司于2025年9月19日与杭州智慧蛮驴科技有限公司(智慧蛮驴)正式商谈战略合作，达成战略合作意向。
集团及智慧蛮驴拟计划就城市配送及物流生态系统的下列领域进行合作，包括：自动化投递及机器人小巴城市配送、金融租赁及运营租赁解决方案；资产持有及生命周期管理；数字化╱AI赋能；以及道路通行权及市场开发。有关双方合作的具体详情须待进一步协商，并将在双方签订的最终协议中载列(如有)。本次战略合作，标志着集团与智慧蛮驴合作伙伴关系开始建立，双方将力求整合各自资源优势，共同打造高价值的城市配送解决方案，共建用户服务体系，并通过生态化、科技驱动及绿色化的服务模式，共同推动物流行业创新发展，为智慧城市和数字供应链发展注入新动能。
公告称，此次合作若通过最终协议得以落实，将加速集团智能物流的部署；提升城市配送的运营效率并优化成本结构；及通过技术驱动的租赁及服务模式拓宽收入来源，从而为集团及其股东整体带来长期利益。
